We implemented an AI-driven employee performance management software and career progression platform to redefine workforce engagement & evaluation. Azilen partnered to execute the platform’s functional and technology development to accelerate the go-to-market strategy.
To ensure a successful launch of performance management software, we prioritized user experience through detailed requirements analysis, brainstorming and workshops, along with dedicated UI/UX sessions. This led us to create a phase wise roadmap, with

To ensure GDPR compliance, we implemented robust data protection measures while implementation to safeguard employee information & Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Our client is the data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, that processes personal data exclusively on the documented instructions of their customers, who is the actual data controller of their organization specific data on the solution.
Building on GDPR compliance, Azilen further strengthened the platform’s security by aligning with SOC 2 standards. To ensure adherence to these rigorous security requirements, we conducted Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), reinforcing the platform’s reliability and trustworthiness for handling sensitive employee data for both web as well as mobile application.
