Step 1: Discovery and Alignment

This phase is about building shared clarity.

We begin by working closely with your product, tech, and business stakeholders to articulate the real problem.

Our objective is to:

➡️ Identify one key uncertainty the POC needs to resolve. That could be: “Can this workflow be automated using NLP?” or “Is our data good enough to drive predictive scoring?”

➡️ Understand how decisions are made today and where friction exists.

➡️ Define expected outcomes — both technical (e.g., 80% classification accuracy) and business (e.g., reduce time-to-decision by 40%).

We also identify constraints early:

Step 3: Data Preparation

Most POCs never reach meaningful results because they underestimate this phase.

We build with the intention of replacing parts later — not redoing the whole thing. This gives us modularity and scalability.

Prototypes are version-controlled, testable, and designed to plug into your stack if you choose to scale.

Step 5: Evaluation and Iteration

Once the prototype works technically, the real test begins.

We work with your stakeholders to define:

➡️ Evaluation dataset design — It must be representative of your production environment. We avoid synthetic-only validation unless necessary.

➡️ Iteration loops — Tweak model configs, retrain, adjust thresholds, and improve pre-processing — based on feedback cycles.

Step 6: Business and Tech Validation

By this stage, the POC has technical outputs and usage data.

Now we bring together business, product, engineering, and operations to answer:

➡️ Is there clarity on costs, risks, compliance, and deployment?
